GEPIMA is a manufacturer from the Upper Palatinate in Bavaria (near Burglengenfeld).

The initiators and founders are the brothers Michael and Markus Pirkenseer - employees of a renowned agricultural machinery manufacturer.

The idea behind the design and manufacture of their own machines was to improve the logging process on their own farm. The innovation was created by using newly conceived and newly applied components.
